- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

- Domestic Orders (Switzerland & EU): Estimated delivery within 3–7 business days.
- International Orders: Estimated delivery within 7–21 business days, depending on destination.
- Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Note: Processing and shipping times may be affected by holidays, weather conditions, or unexpected delays.
2. Shipping Costs

- Orders over CHF 100 qualify for free shipping within Switzerland.
- Standard shipping rates apply for orders below CHF 100.
- Express Shipping: Available at an additional cost, calculated at checkout.
- International Shipping: Fees vary based on location and will be displayed at checkout.
3. International Shipping & Customs
- We ship worldwide.
- Customers outside Switzerland & the EU may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the buyer’s responsibility.
- We are not responsible for delays due to customs processing in the destination country.
4. Address & Delivery Issues
- Please provide a correct and complete shipping address when placing your order.
- If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for additional shipping costs.
- We are not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages caused by courier issues.
5. Order Changes & Cancellations
- Orders can be modified or canceled within 12 hours after placing the order.
- Once the order is processed, we cannot make changes or offer cancellations.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages
- If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@bodymindspiritspace.com with photos and your order number.
- If your package is marked as "Delivered" but you haven’t received it, check with neighbors or your local courier service before contacting us.
